Video demo on Kowalczyk Kartoons
Hey, Kowalczyk Kartoon fans! Check out this video showing the "Branch office" cartoon, from idea creation to finished drawing. This 1-minute clip shows where I got the idea and includes every step in the process in high-speed time lapse. Apologies to my son Alex, whose cool song I pirated for the soundtrack.
Branching out
I never know where my ideas are going to come from. This one came to me when I looked at a small black-and-white photo on page 2 of a U-T San Diego Home+Garden section.
